Mumbai is known to be a city which never sleeps, truly a city of dreams. However the city is plagued by garbage that pervades public spaces, from the garbage strewn on the roads, to open sewage disposal. Swachhalay in collaboration with Humans of Bombay and Mumbai Youth Forum will be organizing a parade beginning in Bandra, followed by a clean up drive at Bandra Railway Station on October 28th, that draws attention and awareness in order to mobilize resources to take actions for improving access to public sanitation, by targeting the most vulnerable communities of Mumbai.
