The Govt of India flagship program of Swachha Bharat Mission with aiming of elimination of Open Defecation in rural areas as well as in urban, this particular program of World Toilet Day -Nov 19 observes in globally, as part of this particular day, MEDVAN a Network NGO is being observing every year in the rural villages and towns. This year, with the support of UNICEF India, and collaboration with District swachha Bharat Mission-Sangareddy, a Massive campaign has been initiated during second week of November. Our aim is to Make Open Defecation free villages by accessing toilet facilities each household moreover usage of the toilets. Accordingly, the awareness generation programs being organizing in all operational areas in the district. The World toilet Day observation being observed in the villages, schools, and also planning to gather Grama Sabhas where the elected representatives and Self help Group women take pledge on ODF and pass resolution for making their respective village should be ODF.
